Job Description

Regional Franchise Development Manager providing training and coaching for Mac Tools franchisees. Focusing on sales, inventory management, and business improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching of key business health initiatives including sales, inventory management, account management and collection principles
  • Leverage and understand data analytics and business KPIs to identify areas of training necessary to implement to support business improvement and overall franchise health and retention
  • Conduct effective work-withs (on-truck ride a-longs) 3-5 days per week to provide coaching and development of franchisees within the region
  • Work with Franchise owners of all tenures and performance levels and will be required to tailor coaching opportunities individually
  • Provides ongoing training & development in the field as necessary
  • Provide liaison between field sales team, franchise support teams, and Mac Tools HQ
  • Manage and reconcile individual inventory

Requirements:

  • BA in business or related field
  • Route sales experience (Mobile tool experience preferred)
  • Experience in collections, marketing, business operations, and asset management as well as knowledge of the automotive repair market
  • Learning and Development experience, and/or experience offering coaching to continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis in Excel
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time and to live in the assigned sales region
  • Valid State driver's license required
