Job Description
Network Performance Manager motivating and supporting franchisees in F45 fitness business success. Collaborating with a global team to deliver best-in-class athletics experience.
Responsibilities:
- Motivate, support and inspire franchisees to success using F45 sales, training, and business methodologies.
- Collaborate with the FIT House of Brands global team of Performance Managers to ensure studios are successful in membership, revenue and delivering athletics experience.
- Provide ongoing, proactive business coaching to F45 studios.
- Deliver operational excellence by maintaining contact and engagement with the F45 network.
- Use F45 Training systems for KPI management to assist franchisees in assessing their ongoing performance.
- Ensure franchisees develop and execute market awareness and outreach strategies.
- Establish systems for managing franchisee network and identifying issues early.
- Manage franchisee relationships and optimize F45 business operations.
- Relaying general Network Communications to regional portfolios.
- Collaborate to create course materials, awareness campaigns and SOPs.
- Hold regional portfolio of studios accountable to F45 Training SOPs.
- Meet with franchisees and HQ teams regularly, both in-person and remotely.
- Participate in the interview process for potential new franchisees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study preferred.
- Minimum 2 years prior related franchise network performance experience required.
- Experience in delivering educational content to franchisees in various delivery formats (e.g., one-on-one, large scale presentation, both in-person and remotely).
- Excel at building relationships with franchisees and managers.
- Strong knowledge of operational systems for successful fitness franchise businesses, including thorough understanding of membership sales, member experience, management of coaching staff and studio-level business operations.
- Exceptionally organized and adept at meeting deadlines for assigned tasks.
- Extensive expertise in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and Mindbody
