Job Description
Enrollment Manager converting high-intent leads for Pavilion's B2B membership growth across US and Canada. Managing prospective members' pipeline and achieving monthly acquisition quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee, manage, and convert a pipeline of prospective Pavilion members.
- Follow up with inbound leads to book meetings
- Connect potential members with local chapter heads and members with similar backgrounds to drive conversion and set them up for success.
- Follow up with prospective members after initial conversations via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Identify and prospect leads that fit Pavilion’s member ICP, with the goal of converting them into members
- Work closely with local Chapter Heads on growth initiatives
- Ensure prospective members fit with company values and requirements
- Reply to prospective members on email and LinkedIn with speed, efficiency, and respect
- Provide feedback on trends and insights relevant to day to day performance of the role.
- Develop new concepts and initiatives to improve member acquisition, and documenting critical processes for repeatability
- Participate in community events, trainings, and company wide initiatives while dedicating yourself to your professional development
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Own - and achieve - a monthly quota for new member acquisition
Requirements:
- Must be a people person and have the ability to communicate warmly and purposefully with a variety of people from across all walks of life and roles, from Individual Contributor to CEO.
- Personable, empathetic, yet firm approach to selling by phone, text, video calls on Zoom, and LinkedIn DMs.
- Proficient across modern web platforms like Hubspot, Apollo, Slack, Zoom, and G Suite.
- Ability to deliver results within a specific timeframe, while also being creative and resourceful
- Self-motivated and determined to turn their next role into a career not just a source of income
- Operations and process minded who likes working off a to-do list and getting things done while also looking for ways to go above and beyond
- Outstanding time and task management skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Fluent English speaker, but additional language fluency is a plus
- Based in the United States
