Job Description
RCT Regional Manager overseeing integrated care management teams supporting mental health services. Empowering individuals and families through tailored support in North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
- Direct Supervision of the RCT Supervisors of Care Management and clinical activities performed by the Regional Care Team.
- Provide ongoing advocacy and education regarding MH/SU conditions and best practices in treatment.
- Ensure active engagement in tailored care management, collaboration with members, treating providers, and their support system, to address issues, concerns, barriers to treatment, and services/supports.
- Participate in weekly Regional Managers meetings, Regional Leadership Team meetings, and other Department and Organization meetings.
- Review referrals to the Regional Care Team and check for TCM eligibility and authorization, and triage to best fit regional team.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a field related to Health, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Nursing, or another relevant Human Services area, or licensure as an RN and three (3) years of experience providing care management, case management, or care coordination to complex members with I/DD or TBI; OR Equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Fully licensed by the North Carolina governing board regulating Human Services professions including: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA), or a Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must reside within Trillium’s Catchment area, which includes the specified counties.
- Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
- Preferred: A minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory role of two (2) or more employees.
- Experience working with children and adults with BH/MH/SU/IDD conditions.
