Job Description

Regional Market Manager in charge of commercial construction sales for MEP agency partners. Overseeing sales growth and market strategies across multiple states for leading brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team made of a MEP Agency Manager and Regional Account Manager
  • Oversee agency partners and key distribution partners
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key distribution partners and end-users in the market
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective end-users and prioritize key users in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing industry
  • Support regional assets in planning and executing successful counter-day events
  • Launch new products within the region and keep all relevant parties updated
  • Keep management and marketing updated on competitor trends and changes
  • Drive market share growth and increase top-line sales in the assigned market
  • Prepare and execute key product demonstrations for end-users and counter days
  • Coordinate promotions, COOP, and marketing support for account growth and sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies
  • 3 years of direct managerial experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Valid Driver's License and physical ability to travel up to 50% within territory assignment.
