Job Description
Regional Operations Manager steuert eine deutsche PEPCO-Discount-Einzelhandelsregion. Führung von Area Managern, KPI-Analyse und Weiterentwicklung der Store Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the company strategy across the region
- Develop and implement regional initiatives to achieve operational and financial targets
- Lead and develop the Area Managers
- Support performance management, succession planning, and talent development
- Analyze relevant KPIs and business results for the region
- Identify variances and define and follow up on appropriate actions
- Visit stores regularly to ensure operational standards are maintained
- Identify opportunities for improvement and support stores in addressing current challenges
- Coordinate with relevant departments and the central office
- Implement initiatives and change processes to continuously improve Store Operations
Requirements:
- Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position, ideally in retail with responsibility for multiple locations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience developing and motivating managers and teams
- Confident working with KPIs and business metrics
- Strong decision-making skills
- Solid understanding of operational interdependencies and the retail market
- Very good command of English
- Category B driver's license
- High willingness to travel regularly for business within Germany
