Job Description

Regional Replenishment Manager optimizing inventory management and enhancing service delivery for distribution sector. Collaborating with teams to achieve strategic inventory goals and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead strategic inventory control by collaborating with field leadership to establish and meet inventory goals.
  • Direct the inventory replenishment process by coordinating inventory transfers and preventing stock outs.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools to provide actionable insights to field leadership.
  • Collaborate with data management teams to maintain SKU data integrity.
  • Drive the expediting process by reviewing key order reports and updating delivery timelines.
  • Optimize in-bound freight logistics by enhancing vendor pre-paid program efficiencies.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with accounts payable and vendors.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with Regional Managers, Branch Managers, and Inventory Vendors.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in inventory management or a related role with a proven track record of success.
  • Direct experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a corporate environment.
  • Exposure to inventory replenishment strategies within a distribution or supply chain context.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with an emphasis on prior experience in Agility Software considered advantageous.
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate and interpret data effectively to drive decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred, with a focus on supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM): Preferred.
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP): Preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP): Preferred.
  • Six Sigma Certification: Preferred.
