Job Description
Sales leader driving brand growth and market penetration in dental, veterinary, and medical sectors. Focus on developing strategies and partnerships in the healthcare market along the East Coast.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the dental, veterinary, and medical markets.
- Leverage existing relationships and industry knowledge to identify key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with major distributors.
- Drive market expansion into complementary sectors beyond dental.
- Forecast sales, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights on market trends.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the dental industry or a closely related healthcare/distribution sector.
- Established network of contacts within dental practices, distributors, or healthcare providers.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of clinic workflows, healthcare compliance standards, or equipment procurement processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel along the East Coast to support sales initiatives.
Benefits:
- Commission: 2–5%, uncapped, with potential for total compensation up to $250,000 for top performers.
