Job Description

Regional Sales Director driving Vivazen's growth across the Western US by managing sales and distributor relations. Leading a team with significant autonomy and accountability while ensuring strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full P&L responsibility for sales across the Western United States
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy
  • Build, expand, and manage distributor and key account relationships
  • Establish anchor accounts and priority markets
  • Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Managers
  • Drive in-market execution through field presence
  • Oversee execution of regional sales programs
  • Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive field sales experience
  • Willing to travel 50%
  • Proven track record of owning revenue targets
  • Experience building and managing relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
  • History of success in competitive sales environments
  • Strong experience in prospecting and opening new markets
  • Proven experience with distributor-led sales models
