Job Description
Regional Sales Director driving Vivazen's growth across the Western US by managing sales and distributor relations. Leading a team with significant autonomy and accountability while ensuring strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Own full P&L responsibility for sales across the Western United States
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy
- Build, expand, and manage distributor and key account relationships
- Establish anchor accounts and priority markets
- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Managers
- Drive in-market execution through field presence
- Oversee execution of regional sales programs
- Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive field sales experience
- Willing to travel 50%
- Proven track record of owning revenue targets
- Experience building and managing relationships
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
- History of success in competitive sales environments
- Strong experience in prospecting and opening new markets
- Proven experience with distributor-led sales models
