Job Description
Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving sales growth through channel partners at Trojan Technologies. Focusing on water treatment solutions in European markets with a remote work flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Owning and executing the regional sales strategy to deliver revenue and margin targets
- Managing and growing a high‑performing channel partner network
- Leading complex sales opportunities from qualification to order intake
- Maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity management in Salesforce
- Building strong relationships with partners, customers, and key stakeholders
- Collaborating cross‑functionally to support deal execution and market growth
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in technical B2B sales
- Background in water treatment / UV disinfection is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience selling through channel partner / distributor models
- Experience managing complex, long‑cycle sales processes
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are an advantage)
- Availability to travel around 50% of the time
