Job Description

Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving sales growth through channel partners at Trojan Technologies. Focusing on water treatment solutions in European markets with a remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning and executing the regional sales strategy to deliver revenue and margin targets
  • Managing and growing a high‑performing channel partner network
  • Leading complex sales opportunities from qualification to order intake
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity management in Salesforce
  • Building strong relationships with partners, customers, and key stakeholders
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally to support deal execution and market growth

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience in technical B2B sales
  • Background in water treatment / UV disinfection is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience selling through channel partner / distributor models
  • Experience managing complex, long‑cycle sales processes
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are an advantage)
  • Availability to travel around 50% of the time
