Job Description

Regional Sales Manager selling CrowdStrike’s cybersecurity platform to Florida enterprise customers. Driving new revenue, complex account strategy, executive relationships, and post-sale adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell enterprise security software solutions across CrowdStrike’s product portfolio
  • Drive incremental revenue with new customers through flexible and scalable licensing models
  • Plan, prospect, qualify, and close revenue on new business accounts
  • Develop post-close relationships within newly won accounts during the first twelve months
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on onboarding, accelerated adoption, expansion, and licensing-model drawdown
  • Build relationships with key decision makers and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for each account
  • Coordinate customer onboarding, product adoption, expansion, and account transition after twelve months
  • Document customer contact and activity data in CRM/Marketing software
  • Provide accurate forecasts and deliver quarterly revenue
  • Implement agreed account and business plans
  • Collaborate with Marketing on events, seminars, and roadmap sessions
  • Promote CrowdStrike products and publicize success stories
  • Provide customer feedback for product, systems, and process improvements
  • Sell to and interact with senior customer executives and CXO-level decision makers
  • Work primarily in the field away from home or company office locations

Requirements:

  • Extensive industry knowledge and understanding of a customer’s decision-making process, goals, strategies, and business objectives
  • Confidence and expertise with presentations, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills
  • Complete understanding of and ability to articulate the business and technical contexts of key accounts
  • Deep functional knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions
  • Knowledge of software business value concepts and CrowdStrike’s products
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes
  • Minimum 12+ years of relevant professional experience
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred
