Job Description

Regional Sales Manager focused on HVAC sales, developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts. Collaboration with distribution teams for sales growth and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop New Business Opportunities
  • Grow the sales in conjunction with our specification and distribution sales teams
  • Take ownership of Key Account Management of nominated direct customers
  • Establish new business with customers
  • Achieve sales targets and develop new direct business
  • Offer guidance and assistance on the correct use and application of our products
  • Offer industry knowledge and guidance on legislation
  • Promote all Carrier & Toshiba USP’s
  • Conduct joint sales calls when necessary with distributor sales team

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge of VRF and split systems with a proven sales track record within the UK
  • Strong Sales background in HVAC, specifically the VRF market dealing with installing contractors and M&E’s
  • Knowledge of HVACR Industry
  • HND/ C&G Engineering or related subject
  • Current UK driving licence
