Job Description
Regional Sales Manager responsible for managing sales staff and key accounts in the East Region. Overseeing sales activities and developing strategies to enhance customer demand and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities in a specific sales region for all accounts.
- Develop a sales team including talent recruiting, interview and hiring, managing to high standards of excellence.
- Responsible for key account development within a region, and developing strategies to meet client needs.
- Provide sales forecasting for region.
- Conceptual sales and closing accounts with key account Municipal Water & Wastewater customers.
Requirements:
- Engineering Degree or equivalent technical degree preferred.
- 10 plus years of Wastewater experience preferred with sales exposure to Municipalities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and CRM software
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Proven ability to identify and acquire new key accounts with success.
