Job Description
Regional Vice President managing multi-site operations in logistics and service delivery for A.C.Coy. Leading strategic initiatives with a focus on operational excellence across territories.
Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence across warehousing, fleet, and service delivery functions
- Develop and execute operational and commercial strategies that align with company goals
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and controlling costs
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Territory Directors and Branch Managers
- Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with policies
- Strengthen partnerships with key commercial accounts
- Implement standardized SOPs across locations
- Leverage inventory management software, telematics, and ERP systems
- Analyze extensive data across the operations network
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in multi-site or territory operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operational challenges across diverse regions
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management and strategic planning
- Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), and ERP tools
- Ability to travel up to 80%
