Job Description
Remote telesales operator selling Principia’s pharmaceutical portfolio through phone, WhatsApp, and digital channels. Prospecting customers, negotiating sales, and supporting post-sale relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and maintain relationships via telephone and digital channels
- Conduct outbound calls to customers in the assigned portfolio
- Prospect for new business opportunities
- Present and sell the product portfolio, launches, assortment and promotional campaigns
- Negotiate, monitor sales and ensure customer activation
- Develop a consultative relationship, identifying needs and offering the best solutions
- Record all interactions in corporate systems
- Monitor post-sale activities
Requirements:
- High school diploma required (higher education will be considered a plus)
- Experience in telesales, remote sales, customer service or consultative selling
- Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience using CRM systems
- Organized, disciplined and results-oriented
- Excellent verbal communication and ease with phone, WhatsApp and other digital channel sales and service
- Preferred: experience in the pharmaceutical distribution, dermocosmetics, personal care and beauty, or consumer goods sectors
- Preferred: experience serving pharmacies, drugstores or distributors
