Job Description
Outbound tele-sales agent scheduling virtual healthcare appointments for CenterWell Senior Primary Care members. Promoting virtual care and documenting calls for Humana’s integrated healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to members to promote and schedule virtual appointments
- Communicate the benefits of virtual appointments and how they can enhance members' healthcare experience
- Use persuasive techniques to encourage members to schedule appointments
- Address questions and concerns regarding virtual services and provide accurate information and support
- Maintain detailed call records, member responses and scheduled appointments in the CRM system
- Follow up with members, outside entities and providers
- Complete responses to member and provider inquiries efficiently to achieve service and quality goals
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve weekly and monthly scheduling targets
- Stay informed about healthcare services and offerings
- Follow compliance and regulatory requirements when handling member information
Requirements:
- Ability to connect meaningfully with customers to build emotional engagement and customer advocacy
- Ability to simplify complexity and integrate internal efforts to deliver an optimal customer experience
- Comfort working in a telephonic intensive environment
- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Telephonic sales experience, inbound or outbound (preferred)
- Understanding of value-based primary care and/or Medicare Advantage (preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance (preferred)
- Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home internet
- Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
- Compliance with applicable healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
