Job Description
Remote Hilton timeshare sales executive contacting qualified vacation club owners. Recommending additional ownership points and generating ethical sales through telephone-based inside sales.
Responsibilities:
- Contact existing, qualified vacation club owners via telephone calls using warm leads
- Help club owners build portfolios through purchase and usage of additional Ownership points
- Make purchase recommendations for additional Ownership points using a detailed sales process
- Generate maximum net sales volume while serving as the professional and ethical voice of the company
- Follow production and effort-based guidelines
- Deliver superior customer service
- Participate in scheduled sales meetings and training
- Work with key partners across the organization
Requirements:
- High School Graduate
- Possess sales experience
- Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence)
- Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN)
- Follow all production and effort-based guidelines
- Demonstrate basic technical abilities with Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, and similar programs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Participate in scheduled sales meetings and training via platforms such as Microsoft Teams Meetings
