Job Description
Reporting Manager at Doneverse transforming data into decisions and automating workflows. Leading a team and driving performance through insights, impacting business operations directly.
Responsibilities:
- You will be at the center of operations, driving performance through data, automation, and insight.
- Build and scale reporting systems that directly influence business decisions
- Lead and develop a team of analysts into high-performing, accountable operators
- Identify inefficiencies across workflows and eliminate manual work through automation
- Own productivity insights across the business (utilization, attendance, output)
- Design dashboards that don’t just display data — but drive action
- Introduce and implement AI-driven reporting and predictive insights
- Turn complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve operational performance at scale
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in Reporting, Analytics, or Business Intelligence
- 2-5 years leading a team and driving performance
- Advanced proficiency in: Excel / Google Sheets
- Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
- Experience building automations (Zapier, scripts, workflows, integrations)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate data into business decisions and strategy
- High attention to detail with a bias for accuracy and efficiency
