Job Description
Mondelēz Retail Territory Manager driving snack sales and Direct Store Delivery execution across central Ohio. Managing merchandisers, customer relationships, store schedules, and merchandising programs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies and customer plans
- Manage and inspire full-time and part-time Merchandisers, including hiring, coaching, and performance development
- Ensure rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in stores
- Provide on-site sales consultation, secure incremental opportunities, and execute HQ programs
- Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs
- Build partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver service
- Deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume
- Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with Full-Time Order Writers
- Design and execute store schedules to strengthen relationships and drive results
- Operate within Mondelēz International safety and operational guidelines
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred
- Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
- 3–5 years of selling experience with a strong sales background and excellent understanding of business processes and systems
- Ability to perform frequent lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, and pulling
- Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check
- Results-driven, relationship-building, agile, organized, strategic, collaborative, communicative, business-savvy, and tech-confident competencies
- Must be located within 40 miles of the specified Ohio cities
