Job Description

Retail Territory Manager driving in-store snack sales for Mondelēz International. Managing merchandisers, customer relationships, sales targets, and merchandising execution across Florida’s Emerald Coast territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies and customer plans
  • Manage and inspire full-time and part-time Merchandisers, including hiring, coaching, and performance development
  • Ensure rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in stores
  • Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities
  • Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs
  • Build partnerships with store personnel and deliver service
  • Deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume
  • Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with Full-Time Order Writers
  • Design and execute store schedules to strengthen relationships and drive results
  • Operate within safety and operational guidelines

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • College degree highly preferred
  • Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • 3–5 years of selling experience with a strong sales background and understanding of business processes and systems
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, and pulling
  • Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check
