Job Description
Gerente de RGM liderando a estratégia de precificação e controle de verbas no Grupo Boticário. Buscando crescimento sustentável e alta performance para o canal B2B.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the price markdown plan for all products and B2B channels of Grupo Boticário (pharmacy, food, perfumery and department stores);
- Control allocated investments to ensure there are no deviations compared to the budget;
- Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of promotional activities and discounts granted to customers, ensuring commercial funds are allocated to the most profitable channels and products;
- Monitor price movements of key competitors (using Scanntech, IQVIA data, etc.) to anticipate threats and capture opportunities;
- Lead RGM committees and design post-mortem analyses to assess the effectiveness of past campaigns, providing inputs to correct the course of current strategies;
- Lead, develop and inspire teams, ensuring a high-performance culture;
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex numerical data into simple commercial messages for the field team, and to interact with and influence stakeholders across different areas (Sales, Finance, Marketing).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Economics or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree desirable in Financial Management, Compliance, People Management and Processes;
- Experience in RGM, Trade Marketing, Pricing or related areas;
- Experience leading people/teams;
- Strong analytical skills, business and consumer insight;
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with many cross-functional interfaces.
