Job Description

Sales Agent at Giga IT responsible for generating and managing U.S. market business opportunities. Collaborating regionally and globally to drive revenue growth for IT services.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate, develop, and manage business opportunities within the U.S. market, ensuring structured and consistent tracking in the CRM.
  • Design, execute, and continuously optimize prospecting strategies (inbound and outbound), leveraging automation tools and regional/international networking.
  • Own the full consultative sales cycle for IT services: from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Lead commercial opportunities end-to-end, prioritizing effectively and making business-driven decisions with a high level of autonomy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global teams (Marketing, Delivery, Operations) to ensure strategic alignment and a seamless client experience.
  • Analyze key performance metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, revenue), identify improvement areas, and drive continuous optimization of sales processes.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities in the U.S. market.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships throughout the entire lifecycle, fostering long-term partnerships, retention, and account growth (cross-selling and upselling).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in selling IT services, software, and/or technology staffing solutions.
  • Solid track record in the U.S. market.
  • Advanced Spanish (nice to have).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, SugarCRM, or similar).
  • Experience with prospecting and sales enablement tools (Instantly, Dripify, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or similar).
  • Experience designing and executing automated prospecting campaigns.
  • Strong ownership and autonomy to manage opportunities and commercial projects independently.
  • Results-driven mindset with a clear focus on revenue targets.
  • Consultative approach with a deep understanding of client business needs.
  • High commercial drive and resilience in complex sales cycles.
  • Collaborative and positive attitude, with a regional/global mindset.
  • Adaptability in dynamic and evolving environments.
