Job Description
Sales and Customer Success Specialist managing leads for MaidThis Cleaning in LATAM. Focused on engaging customers, following leads promptly, and ensuring satisfaction after services.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Lead(Client) Management.
- Jump on every inbound lead fast and return calls, voicemails, texts, emails, and form submissions promptly.
- Run confident, engaging sales conversations.
- Follow a smart follow-up cadence using calls, texts, and emails.
- Check in with customers after their clean to confirm satisfaction and ask for reviews.
- Log accurate notes in our CRM on every lead, quote, follow-up, and outcome.
Requirements:
- A year or more of sales or phone-based customer experience is ideal.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Reliable and follows through without needing to be chased down.
- Own setup at home including a reliable computer, smartphone, noise-canceling headset, solid internet, webcam, and a quiet spot to work.
