Job Description

B2B Business Development Representative growing accounts and managing clients for a cleantech contractor. Focused on prospecting and lead generation in HVAC and energy solutions across the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential business clients through cold calling
  • Research industry trends and client needs to develop effective sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HVAC
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Technical aptitude or engineering background preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
