Job Description
B2B Business Development Representative growing accounts and managing clients for a cleantech contractor. Focused on prospecting and lead generation in HVAC and energy solutions across the US.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential business clients through cold calling
- Research industry trends and client needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Negotiate terms and finalize agreements to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HVAC
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Technical aptitude or engineering background preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
