Job Description

Sales Director managing the French market for a global e-commerce brand. Focused on building sales strategies and leading local teams to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the offline sales and channel strategy for France
  • Build and manage dealer, distributor, and reseller networks
  • Drive B2C channel development through offline and hybrid sales models
  • Define go-to-market strategy, pricing, and brand positioning
  • Set sales targets, budgets, KPIs, and performance tracking systems
  • Recruit, train, and lead a local sales team
  • Build strong partnerships with key local stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Collect customer and channel feedback to support product optimization
  • Coordinate closely with HQ teams (product, supply chain, logistics, marketing)

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in offline sales and channel development
  • Strong background in tools, 3C electronics, mobile phones, or consumer electronics
  • Solid B2C channel sales experience
  • Minimum 3 years managing teams of 10+ people
  • Proven track record of building and scaling local sales organizations
  • Must be legally eligible to work in France
  • Native Chinese speaker (mandatory)
  • Fluent English (working level or above)
