Job Description
Sales Director managing sales in the U.S. for a healthcare software platform. Developing strategies and collaborating with teams to drive new bookings and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive new bookings and revenue.
- Monitor and report on sales goals, targets, and progress.
- Collaborate with the U.S. team to deploy new initiatives and improve existing processes.
- Efficiently manage a multi-state sales territory for maximum market penetration and new business development.
- Monitor market, industry, and competitor activity.
- Coordinate sales campaigns & assist with messaging development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years sales experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ideally, experience with health systems and hospitals with a long and complex sales cycle.
- Desirable: Prior SaaS or software experience.
- Desired: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or certifications in healthcare-related areas a plus.
