Job Description

Sales Director managing sales in the U.S. for a healthcare software platform. Developing strategies and collaborating with teams to drive new bookings and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive new bookings and revenue.
  • Monitor and report on sales goals, targets, and progress.
  • Collaborate with the U.S. team to deploy new initiatives and improve existing processes.
  • Efficiently manage a multi-state sales territory for maximum market penetration and new business development.
  • Monitor market, industry, and competitor activity.
  • Coordinate sales campaigns & assist with messaging development.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years sales experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Ideally, experience with health systems and hospitals with a long and complex sales cycle.
  • Desirable: Prior SaaS or software experience.
  • Desired: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or certifications in healthcare-related areas a plus.
