Job Description
Sales Director leading Vesta's MVNO sales strategy and execution. Focused on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term relationships in payment processing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on MVNO’s in the US
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Vesta business within existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Understand their needs and deliver tailored payment solutions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to executive leadership.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a fintech or payment processing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the payments industry
- Deep understanding of MVNO and MNO’s selection and procurement process
- Good understanding of payment technologies, merchant services, and financial ecosystems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to navigate a fast-changing environment
- Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot, Apollo.io)
