Job Description

Sales Hunter for outbound closers at Bosun recruiting firm. Building and owning pipeline through high-volume outbound efforts and engaging directly with SMB owners.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and own your pipeline. We're not handing you a lead list and calling it a day.
  • Run high-volume outbound — calls, emails, LinkedIn, in-person where it makes sense
  • Have real conversations with SMB owners about their hiring pain
  • Move deals from first touch to signed agreement
  • Hit a baseline of 2–3 deals per month, with room to run well past that
  • Partner closely with our recruiting team to make sure what you sell, we deliver

Requirements:

  • You've sold something hard before — and you've got the numbers to prove it
  • You don't need a script to start a conversation
  • You understand small business owners — their pressure, their priorities, their language
  • You're comfortable hearing "no" 20 times before you hear "yes"
  • You want a flat-fee story to sell because you've seen how percentage-based pricing burns small businesses
  • You're self-directed. Nobody is going to micromanage your day, and you don't want them to.
