Job Description

Sales Lead Generation role at Outsourcey focusing on connecting businesses with dedicated teams in the Philippines. Engage prospects, schedule appointments, and document lead statuses using CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize an automatic dialer system to contact warm leads and older inquiries.
  • Engage prospects in friendly, professional conversations to build rapport and identify insurance needs.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and gather relevant customer information.
  • Schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects to insurance agents or sales representatives.
  • Accurately document all interactions, notes, and lead statuses within the CRM system.
  • Follow approved call scripts while maintaining a natural and conversational communication style.
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and lead qualification targets.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Follow all company compliance guidelines and insurance industry regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training programs.
