Job Description
Sales Manager driving B2B international talent securing solutions for healthcare sector. Engaging with clients to develop comprehensive solutions addressing workforce needs in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Active B2B sales of our international workforce solutions
- Develop sustainable responses to growing staffing needs
- Offer holistic, tailored solutions
- Identify decision-makers in the healthcare and care sector
- Acquire new corporate clients
- Maintain and strategically develop existing customer relationships
- Develop individual solutions for international workforce supply
- Independently manage the sales process from first contact to contract signing
- Ensure close collaboration with various departments
- Maintain structured CRM documentation and actively manage the pipeline
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in B2B sales
- Enjoy acquiring new clients and developing customer relationships
- Experience selling complex, consultative services
- Confident demeanor when engaging with decision-makers
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored, solution-oriented proposals
- Work independently, in a structured and reliable manner
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Proactively manage the sales pipeline and related activities
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and events
