Job Description

Sales Manager driving B2B international talent securing solutions for healthcare sector. Engaging with clients to develop comprehensive solutions addressing workforce needs in Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Active B2B sales of our international workforce solutions
  • Develop sustainable responses to growing staffing needs
  • Offer holistic, tailored solutions
  • Identify decision-makers in the healthcare and care sector
  • Acquire new corporate clients
  • Maintain and strategically develop existing customer relationships
  • Develop individual solutions for international workforce supply
  • Independently manage the sales process from first contact to contract signing
  • Ensure close collaboration with various departments
  • Maintain structured CRM documentation and actively manage the pipeline

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales
  • Enjoy acquiring new clients and developing customer relationships
  • Experience selling complex, consultative services
  • Confident demeanor when engaging with decision-makers
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored, solution-oriented proposals
  • Work independently, in a structured and reliable manner
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Proactively manage the sales pipeline and related activities
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and events
