Job Description
Sales Manager driving market expansion for GNSS and surveying product portfolio in Germany. Building relationships and achieving annual sales and growth targets in surveying, geospatial, or construction industries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans for GNSS and surveying product portfolio in Germany
- Identify potential customers, distributors, and channel partners
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and local partners
- Conduct market research , competitor tracking, and prepare sales reports
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver product demos and pre-sales support
- Achieve annual sales and growth targets
Requirements:
- German national , fluent in German & English
- 3–5 years of experience in surveying, GNSS, or construction equipment sales
- Strong network within geospatial, surveying, or construction industries
- Proactive, results-driven, and highly persuasive with strong negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel frequently across Germany
