Job Description

Sales Manager sought by Mommy Poppins to lead a remote team and drive national brand partnerships. Focused on managing sales reps and developing strategies for revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, train, and unblock a team of three full-time sales reps and a growing network of Mom Ambassadors
  • Create and implement streamlined sales playbooks and collateral, such as media kits and case studies, to drive local revenue
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using Zoho CRM
  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to align campaigns and enhance offerings
  • Actively hunt, pitch, and close large-scale national brand sponsorships and advertising campaigns
  • Leverage your existing network of media buyers, PR agencies, and brand contacts within the parenting, entertainment and travel verticals
  • Own the entire process for national accounts, from initial prospecting to proposal development and final closing

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in digital media/advertising sales and 1–2+ years of direct sales team management
  • Proven success selling into key verticals with a current network of national contacts
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM experience is a major plus) and data-driven decision-making
  • Entrepreneurial, empathetic, and highly organized; must thrive in a 'scrappy,' fast-paced, small-organization environment.
