Job Description
Sales & Marketing Coordinator executing outreach, campaigns, and CRM management for team-building and corporate training. Collaborating with the Sales & Marketing Director to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads across target industries
- Conduct initial outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Manage outbound prospecting efforts including follow-ups and cold calls
- Identify client needs and support qualification of opportunities
- Prepare and update sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and activities in HubSpot CRM
- Create sales tracking reports and pipeline analytics within HubSpot
- Support calendar coordination for sales calls, meetings, and presentations
- Assist with proposal development and updates to sales materials
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Create and manage social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Draft blog posts, newsletters, and promotional content
- Design basic marketing assets using Canva or similar tools
- Support email marketing campaigns and monthly e-newsletters
- Monitor campaign engagement and adjust strategies based on performance
- Assist with marketing strategy, branding initiatives, and competitor research
- Manage and maintain marketing and sales data within HubSpot
- Organize marketing contacts and segmentation for campaigns
- Track outreach performance and marketing metrics
- Maintain an organized library of marketing and sales assets
- Support planning and promotion of virtual showcases and in-person client events
- Assist with trade shows, networking events, and sponsorship opportunities
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events and promotional activities
- Identify potential vendor partnerships and nonprofit collaborations
- Research new activities or experiences to include in program offerings
- Support ongoing market research to refine messaging and targeting
- Assist with sales and marketing projects as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to support program delivery
- Ensure sales documentation and marketing assets remain updated and organized
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience supporting sales outreach or lead generation activities
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience creating marketing content for social media, blogs, or email campaigns
- Basic design experience using Canva or similar tools
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong research and problem-solving abilities
- Must have a valid US visa.

- Experience working in event marketing, corporate training, or retreat/event planning
- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools
- Experience coordinating networking events, sponsorships, or partnerships
- Understanding of non-profit organizations and social impact initiatives
