Job Description
Sales Operations Project Manager at AUTO1 Group leading sales initiatives through data-driven strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and deliver insights.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, quantify, and act on sales trends and performance gaps using rigorous market and data analysis.
- Own sales forecasting and reporting end-to-end: targets, dealers, tools, and clear accountability for results.
- Deliver concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders; escalate blockers and push corrective actions fast.
- Work cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, BI, Marketing).
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience driving sales initiatives aligned with market realities and group targets.
- SQL knowledge, experience using GSheets and other tools to manipulate and analyze large, complex data sets, CRM experience is a plus.
- Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English, other EU languages are a plus.
