Job Description

Independent Sales Partner generating and closing new business for Avant Tech US's staffing and home care services. Engaging clients through established networks in a commission-only role.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients within the United States
  • Leverage professional networks to generate qualified leads
  • Conduct initial outreach and discovery conversations
  • Qualify opportunities and introduce Avant Tech US solutions
  • Register leads through the approved deal-registration process
  • Collaborate with internal leadership to progress deals
  • Hand off closed or near-close opportunities for contracting and delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, staffing, recruiting, or consulting
  • Existing network within corporate, healthcare, SMB, or staffing buyers
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable operating independently with no base salary
  • Results-driven, professional, and ethical sales approach
