Job Description
Sales Representative managing cardiac surgery sales in Germany for Medtronic. Engaging with surgeons and collaborating on medical device sales in Theatre environments.
Responsibilities:
- Direct sales responsibilities for the Thüringen & Middle East Territory
- Building strong ethical business relationships with customers
- Lead multiple stakeholders selling activities within the territory
- Working mainly in the Theatre environment supporting Surgeons
- Present, in-service and sell products to clients
- Collaborate with local marketing on national objectives
- Develop and execute account strategies using CRM database
Requirements:
- Previous measurable sales experience
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Business fluent German skills and good/very good English skills
- Full, Clean driving licence
- Bachelor’s or Advanced university degree preferred
- Previous cardiac surgery/cardiovascular sales experience or similar preferred
