Job Description
Senior Account Director managing high-value accounts and providing strategic leadership at a modern marketing collective.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts
- Provide advanced strategic leadership and ensure long-term client success
- Manage complex relationships and drive significant business impact
- Build and maintain executive-level client relationships
- Lead high-level strategic conversations and long-term planning
- Serve as a trusted advisor on business and marketing strategy
- Oversee strategy across multiple accounts, ensuring consistency and performance
- Drive long-term growth and retention across the portfolio
- Identify and act on opportunities for expansion
- Lead and support Account Directors and their teams
- Ensure high standards of performance, communication, and delivery
- Provide coaching and leadership across the organization
- Ensure consistency in processes, workflows, and quality across accounts
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing or client strategy leadership
- Agency experience preferred
- Experience managing enterprise-level clients
- Experience working with e-commerce and/or B2B clients is a plus
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including owned media (SEO & GEO), paid media (search, social, and programmatic), Email & SMS, and more.
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms is strongly preferred
