Job Description
Sales Representative focused on cardiac surgery products, driving sales and relationships in Thüringen, Germany. Collaborating with medical professionals to enhance surgical outcomes and market share.
Responsibilities:
- Direct sales responsibilities for the Thüringen & Middle East territory
- Build and maintain strong, ethical business relationships with customers
- Lead multi-stakeholder selling activities
- Work primarily in the operating theatre environment, supporting and advising surgeons
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
- Collaborate with local marketing to execute national objectives
Requirements:
- Proven, measurable sales experience
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Business-fluent German and good to very good English skills
- Full, clean driving licence
- Bachelor’s or advanced university degree preferred
- Previous cardiac surgery/cardiovascular sales experience preferred
