Job Description
Sales Representative handling end-to-end processes for Purewick reimbursement customers at BD. Ensure seamless enrollment and deliver personalized support throughout customer journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end intake and reorder processes for Purewick reimbursement customers
- Ensure seamless enrollment in Liberator’s supply program
- Communicate the PureWick™ system's features and benefits to customers
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in CRM and call tracking systems
- Meet departmental targets for call volume, sales goals, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Experience with Salesforce and Brightree
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
- Knowledge of Word Processing software, Excel, Access
