Job Description

Sales Setter focusing on identifying customers and pre-qualifying leads in insurance and finance sectors. Collaborating with key departments to drive sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identification of new target customers in the insurance and finance sectors
  • Daily outreach via email, phone and social channels
  • Structured pre-qualification of leads
  • Preparation of relevant meetings through research and signal evaluation
  • Accurate logging of all activities in Pipedrive
  • Analysis of metrics and derivation of concrete actions
  • Active collaboration with Creative, Strategy and Key Account teams

Requirements:

  • Confident, energetic sales communication style
  • Experience in appointment setting, telesales or B2B sales
  • KPI-oriented with a high pace and precise execution
  • Fast learner with sharp, responsive communication skills
  • Familiar with digital work, CRM systems and the Microsoft environment
  • Ambitious, disciplined, reliable and performance-oriented
