Job Description
Federal Partner Alliances Lead managing relationships with US Federal market partners. Focused on building revenue-generating partnerships with major Federal Systems Integrators.
Responsibilities:
- own FSI relationships
- develop boutique and specialized partners
- build joint go-to-market motions
- drive pipeline through partners
- support hyperscaler relationships selectively
- execute co-marketing motions
- build the playbook
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in federal partner management, business development, or alliance roles
- a genuine, pre-existing network within the business development, AI/ML practice, and solutions architecture communities at the major federal primes
- enough technical fluency to speak credibly with enterprise architects and engineering leads in federal environments
- proven ability to navigate a high-growth environment with limited structure
- strong pipeline management skills
- strong communication & influence skills
