Job Description

Federal Partner Alliances Lead managing relationships with US Federal market partners. Focused on building revenue-generating partnerships with major Federal Systems Integrators.

Responsibilities:

  • own FSI relationships
  • develop boutique and specialized partners
  • build joint go-to-market motions
  • drive pipeline through partners
  • support hyperscaler relationships selectively
  • execute co-marketing motions
  • build the playbook

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in federal partner management, business development, or alliance roles
  • a genuine, pre-existing network within the business development, AI/ML practice, and solutions architecture communities at the major federal primes
  • enough technical fluency to speak credibly with enterprise architects and engineering leads in federal environments
  • proven ability to navigate a high-growth environment with limited structure
  • strong pipeline management skills
  • strong communication & influence skills
