Job Description
Sales Supervisor at Seara focusing on sales strategies and team performance in Brasília. Leading sales initiatives and ensuring client satisfaction while enhancing product distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Categorize variances, responsible parties, root causes and action plans during month-end closing;
- Plan the month with a focus on increasing sell-in and sell-out and develop plans to grow new customers;
- Lead monthly meetings with direct reports, ensuring the team executes tactical strategy;
- Ensure optimal routing for client visits;
- Allocate corporately defined volumes to each sector according to customer/region potential, productivity guidelines and minimum revenue requirements;
- Monitor and support individual sales representatives' performance;
- Manage the customer portfolio and prospect potential customers and distributors;
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing to secure incentives and actions to boost sales;
- Manage the sales team in accordance with HR, finance and CIEX processes;
- Perform other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor to support normal company operations;
- Comply with JBS safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required (postgraduate degree considered a plus);
- Must reside in Brasília;
- Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH);
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
- Experience in people management.
