Job Description
Sales Support Specialist in Medicare Sales providing administrative support and coaching to agents. Ensuring compliance and performance monitoring while selling.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to Sales Managers
- Support team sales production
- Reinforce CMS Medicare marketing regulations
- Offer structured coaching and feedback
- Assist Sales Managers in identifying performance gaps
- Escalate issues to the Sales Manager
- Conduct individual sales activity
Requirements:
- Active Health Insurance License in good standing
- Current Medicare certification
- Demonstrated Medicare Sales Experience
- Proven Production Performance
- Working Knowledge of CMS Medicare Marketing Requirements
- Understanding of Carrier-Specific Requirements
- Leadership Readiness and Coaching Capability
- Operational Discipline
- Strong Communication Skills
