Job Description
Sales Support Specialist providing support for partners in closing SEO and Website sales. Conducting client audits, proposals, and enhancing customer engagement efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support for our partners to help them close SEO and Website sales.
- Conducting light audits for potential and current customers to support retention efforts.
- Educating and consulting prospective clients about Boostability’s SEO and Website products.
- Creating proposals and price quotations for prospects.
- Supporting retention by identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Helping our partners and potential clients navigate our proven sales processes.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential for this position.
- All contractors will be required to complete a language assessment prior to being hired.
- A laptop or computer.
- A reliable internet connection.
- The following applications, installed on your laptop or computer: Zoom, Gmail, Google Chrome.
- Fluent in English and proficient in writing and grammar.
- Bring strong relationship-building skills.
- Comes with the ability to work well with a team.
- Has superior verbal skills and email communication skills.
- Possess a basic knowledge of SEO and is willing to jump in and learn more on the job.
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
- Has the ability and drive to see a sale through from beginning to end, whether it's a 1 and done, or a 4-week close.
- Is organized and self-motivated.
- Possesses good judgment skills.
- Is proficient with Word, Excel, and Google Drive.
