Job Description
Salesforce Administrator at Everlight Solar managing Salesforce.com functionalities and ensuring alignment of Sales and Marketing. Delivering accurate reporting and improving the sales process while working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Design and code functional programs and applications
- Produce fully functional software applications according to requirements
- Serve clients and team members
- Ensure consistent alignment of Sales and Marketing to optimize the sales process
- Provide Sales and Marketing with accurate reporting on key performance indicators
- Meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
- Reconcile conflicts, assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification required
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification required
- Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
