Job Description
Senior Salesforce Administrator owning Everway’s Salesforce-based revenue technology stack. Optimizing integrations, data flows, and commercial systems supporting neuroinclusive software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the technical administration, configuration and optimisation of Everway’s Salesforce-based Revenue Technology stack
- Act as the technical subject-matter expert for the RevTech ecosystem
- Own administration and optimisation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Gong, QuotaPath, ABM platforms and enablement tools
- Monitor and support integrations between Salesforce, RevTech tools and other business systems
- Investigate data-flow issues and collaborate with engineering teams or external partners to resolve them
- Gather requirements and contribute Salesforce expertise to integration design
- Support the move toward an enterprise integration model using MuleSoft
- Support lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash and customer lifecycle management processes
- Translate business requirements into system solutions with RevOps, Sales, Finance and Customer Success teams
- Automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure accurate data flows for reporting and analytics
- Collaborate with the Data team on RevTech data modelling and downstream availability in Databricks and BI tools
- Establish standards for system configuration, documentation and change management
- Maintain access controls, compliance and auditability across the RevTech stack
- Contribute to enterprise architecture and systems strategy
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience using Sales Cloud
- Experience configuring Salesforce Flow, validation rules, permission sets, integrations, reports and dashboards
- Experience supporting RevOps systems such as Gong, QuotaPath, Outreach, Salesloft or similar platforms
- Good understanding of SaaS integrations and data movement between Salesforce and connected systems
- Experience supporting revenue processes such as lead-to-opportunity, customer lifecycle management or quote-to-cash
- Ability to translate requirements from Sales, Customer Success and Finance into practical system improvements
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience with Einstein Conversation Insights, Gong or similar conversation intelligence tools
- Experience in an M&A, PE-backed, high-growth SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake and data pipelines
- Exposure to quote-to-cash processes and RevOps tooling
