Job Description

Salesforce CPQ Developer building scalable Quote-to-Cash solutions for CrowdStrike’s cybersecurity platform. Supporting Revenue Cloud, integrations, testing, and Salesforce production operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, enhance, deploy, and support Quote-to-Cash solutions using Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud
  • Provide L3 production support for the Salesforce platform, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, IT, Partner Programs, and Enterprise Services to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Participate in and lead code reviews to enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and UAT test plans
  • Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders throughout development, testing, and deployment
  • Provide effort estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform releases and identify opportunities to leverage new features
  • Maintain technical documentation for solutions, configurations, and processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of overall software development experience
  • 2+ years focused on Salesforce CPQ application development and RCA experience
  • Demonstrated end-to-end Quote-to-Cash implementation experience
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud
  • Deep working knowledge of the Lead-to-Cash / Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including products, price books, catalog management, quoting, approvals, amendments, renewals, orders, billing handoff, and revenue recognition
  • Expert-level proficiency in product configuration and bundles, complex pricing rules and discount schedules, Product Filtering/Search Plugins and Guided Selling, Quote Configurator Plugins and Advanced Approvals, and Salesforce CPQ and RCA APIs
  • Strong understanding of CPQ sales motions including subscription-based licensing, discounting models, amendments, extensions, co-terming, and renewals
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
  • Hands-on experience with Flow Builder, Triggers, and automation tools
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, objects, and platform architecture
  • Experience with Bitbucket or GitHub
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps practices, including Salesforce DX, Copado, or Gearset
  • Required Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification
  • Required Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant or equivalent Revenue Cloud certification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Strong desire to continuously learn and apply emerging technologies
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes
