Job Description
Salesperson for a fast-growing healthcare services company aiding families in accessing autism therapy. Engage parents in meaningful conversations to guide them through the enrollment process.
Responsibilities:
- Call parents who have submitted inquiries and follow up persistently (5–7+ attempts) until contact is made.
- Engage parents in sales-focused conversations to promote ABA therapy services.
- Handle objections with confidence and maintain enthusiasm throughout each call.
- Collect key information such as diagnostic details, referrals, and insurance documentation.
- Log all outreach, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Maintain a high daily call volume (around 150 calls per day).
- Transfer complete and verified cases to the internal team.
Requirements:
- Phone Sales Experience: Experience in outbound or high-volume phone sales is required.
- High Energy: Able to stay enthusiastic and motivated across repetitive calls.
- Objection Handling: Comfortable continuing conversations despite pushback or initial disinterest.
- Organized: Capable of managing multiple follow-ups and tasks within a CRM-driven workflow.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning to use CRMs like GoHighLevel for tracking and task management.
- Professional Phone Presence: Clear, confident communication on the phone; a calm and reassuring demeanor is preferred but not required.
