Job Description
Senior Account Director leading strategic direction for large client accounts exceeding £400K revenue. Managing client relationships, pitching for new business, and ensuring budget adherence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and set priorities for client accounts exceeding £400K revenue
- Drive growth and deliver quality work that meets client needs
- Lead pitches for new business opportunities
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Develop strong client relationships and manage teamwork
- Conduct regular client health checks and maintain satisfaction
Requirements:
- Leads and provide strategic direction for large client accounts or groups of client accounts
- Experience managing client accounts in excess of £400K revenue
- Ability to drive growth and future project planning
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Experience in leading pitches for new business
- Ability to coach and mentor team members
- Thorough knowledge of financial processes and budgeting
- Strong project management processes understanding
