Job Description
Senior Account Executive driving revenue growth through strategic enterprise accounts at Worldly. Collaborating with C-suite executives to understand sustainability challenges and provide tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to win large, complex enterprise deals
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision makers at Fortune 500 companies
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client sustainability challenges, sourcing risks, and broader business objectives
- Articulate Worldly's value proposition in the context of customer's industry and specific needs
- Collaborate with product, data science, solutions, and implementation teams to craft tailored solutions
- Negotiate complex contracts and drive deals to closure
- Forecast accurately and manage pipeline to consistently exceed quarterly targets
- Stay current on sustainability regulations, reporting frameworks, and industry trends
Requirements:
- 8+ years of successful enterprise software/SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
- Demonstrated success closing strategic, complex deals with Fortune 500 companies
- Experience selling data platforms, analytics solutions, ESG/sustainability solutions, or sourcing platforms preferred
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and ability to navigate complex organizations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage C-suite executives
- Strategic thinking and consultative sales approach
- Experience with enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
